Welcome to our all-new "Oh - Fish - All"  Challenge - Kilometers for Kilo's! Choose from one of our fun challenges, and help us our underweight pups gain Kilos! Our Seals don't just need fish to get nice and blubbery, they also need feeding equipment like syringes, feeding tubes, & special vitamins to recover! Your funds will help us to ensure our pups gain weight and get the care they need!

Participants will receive:

• A Free 30 Minute Tour of Seal Rescue Ireland - A chance to meet the seals you are supporting & learn their stories!
• A Certificate of Achievement (once you complete your challenge)
• A Free Seal Adoption - Complete with Adoption Certificate & Exclusive Access to your Adoption Seal's Story!

It's so easy to get involved; just follow these 4 easy steps:

1. Choose your challenge: Our Seals can eat over 15 Kilos of Fish every day! or 105 Kilos of Fish a Week! Let's see if you can match their appetite with Kilometers!

• WALK - Walk 105 Kilometres in 1 month (3.5k a day)
• RUN - Run 105 Kilometers in 1 month (3.5k a day)
• CYCLE - Cycle 15 Kilometres a day for one month
• SWIM - Swim 15 Kilometers in 2 months (30-40 minutes of swimming = 1 km)
• SET YOUR OWN TARGET !

2. Set up a Fundraising Page (See "Start Fundraising" button at the top of this page) & Share it with your Friends & Family

3. Get Started:  Choose a date and get started, update your supporters on your page, or send us a photo and we an help you update your supporters & share your progress! 

4. Once you have set up your page, & are raising funds you will be sent out your Seal Heroes T-shirt! When you complete your challenge, you will receive your Certificate of Achievement & Adoption Package!
